Prepare the Parcel

Securely pack the unused products in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected against damage during the transit process.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection and Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
